The 3rd edition of Smartisans by Stoic Marketing Solutions was held this weekend at Vivanta by Taj, Guwahati, with many things new! The event had an overwhelming presence of numerous entrepreneurs from the city.
The organiser made the event a success with an exciting amalgamation of both social entrepreneurship and the marketing of entrepreneurial set-ups. The focus of the event was also to put forth social entrepreneurial by inviting NGOs such Shishu Sharothi to sell products made by the children.
The show casing took has brands such as BANOOWA (handmade diaries, wallets, etc.), THONGA BABA, TRIVENI and LA MERAKI. Further, participants engaged in the selling of beautiful mekhelas, tops and dresses made from and inspired by traditional Assamese designs.
For those aspiring to step into the world of entrepreneurship, Smartisans is a great place to be, as it is not only a platform for buying, selling and show casing, but is also famous for networking. Attendees ranged from students, to just curious consumers, families and public relations professionals, to name a few.
