What are food festivals and why are they organised? Well, at the time of separatist ideas and great individualism, food festivals bring in the essence of keeping oneness. That being said, Stoic Marketing Solutions wants Guwahati to build up its appetite and bring on the jovial mood as the biggest food festival is set to make its mark on the 18 December at Nehru Park, Guwahati.
This is not just a great news for all foodies in and around the city, but also for the gazillion stalls to showcase their offerings and efforts. The Binge Bazaar aims to bring exclusive dining experiences for food lovers as the plethora of trendy and stand-alone restaurants from the region dish out their signature creations.
It is a three-day garden party with musicians, chefs, artists from different parts of Meghalaya, Sikkim, Assam and Nagaland. What better time of the year than the sultry winter evenings, the slight chill in the air and the mouth-watering aromas of food.
So, mark your calendars now!
